What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel or move your appointment without penalty, please provide at least 24 hours' notice during business hours. No shows and same day cancelations/reschedules will be charged the full-service amount. Voucher codes will be redeemed as well on no shows or cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service time to give yourself enough time to complete a short intake form or use the restroom. If you arrive late, your technician may need to shorten your service in order to stay on time for his or her next client.
What is the drapping policy?
If you are receiving a massage or body treatment, you should undress to your level of comfort - some guests choose to undress completely and others choose to leave on their underwear. Either way, please keep in mind that you will be draped for privacy throughout your treatment.

What COVID-19 related safety measures are you taking?
We take a temperature check at the check-in and ask for any COVID-19 related symptoms on the intake form. We sanitize the table and replace the sheets after every session.
Do you have both male and female staff?
Yes. We have both male and female technicians. Please specify if you have a preference.
Is it customary to leave a gratuity?
Upon arrival a 20% Gratuity (based on full retail value) will be collected for your technician for COUPLES, SPECIALTY, and GIFTED Massages.
20% Gratuity is suggested for all services. We provide "tipping envelopes" at the front desk.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Personal checks are NOT accepted.

Note for All Clients: Don't be afraid to speak up if the pressure isn't right during the service or if you are not comfortable in any way.
Clients cannot combine deals or discounts for a service.
